This Shipping Policy outlines how Canvas Creations Sdn. Bhd. (202501036397 / 1637807-T) (“we,” “our,” “us”) processes and delivers customer orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons (festive sales, promotions, etc.), processing may take longer. We will notify customers in case of any unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to all states within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah, and Sarawak).
  • International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us at mycanvas.creations@outlook.com before placing an international order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular): 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: Delivery time varies depending on destination and courier service selected

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight/size.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount during promotions (subject to terms and conditions).
  • International shipping rates will be provided upon request before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • If your order includes fragile or delicate items, we may use additional protective packaging.
  • We practice environmentally conscious packaging whenever possible.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or natural disasters.
  • In the rare event of lost or severely delayed packages, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in liaising with the courier.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at mycanvas.creations@outlook.com with supporting photos.
  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund (subject to review).

9. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.
