1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received (no damage, stains, or alterations)
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase or receipt
Note: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization (e.g., personalized products). Such items will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., name-engraved or made-to-order products)
- Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Digital products, downloadable files, or gift cards
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- A wrong item sent
- A defective or damaged item received
- In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee or arrange collection.
5. Refunds
- If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
