Return Policy

At Canvas Creations Sdn. Bhd. (202501036397 / 1637807-T), we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
    • In the same condition as received (no damage, stains, or alterations)
    • Accompanied by a proof of purchase or receipt

Note: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization (e.g., personalized products). Such items will be clearly stated on the product page.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., name-engraved or made-to-order products)
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Digital products, downloadable files, or gift cards

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at mycanvas.creations@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
    • A wrong item sent
    • A defective or damaged item received
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee or arrange collection.

5. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping fees (if any) paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently allow one-time exchanges for items of equal or higher value (with price difference covered by the customer).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
